Order Processing Time

Typically, the processing time for orders of in-stock products is within 48 hours (excluding weekends). After the order is shipped, you will automatically receive tracking information via email. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, kindly reach out to our customer service within 12 hours of placing the order. Delivery Time:

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days after being shipped. However, the actual delivery time is determined by UPS and USPS. If tracking shows your order is delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service at info@dntoptics.com. For backordered items and during Holiday seasons, do expect longer processing time but we will notify everyone via email of estimated ship dates.

 

Notes:

If the tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact customer service within 7 days

Due to ITAR restrictions, we will NOT ship to any international addresses.

Please note that if the delivery information provided by you is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in unsuccessful delivery, and if you request a reshipment or refund, we reserve the right to charge a fee or deduct shipping costs.
