ZHD520 - ZULUS HD 5-20X Digital Night Vision Scope

Great scope, better than I expected.

Took out the new Zulus lrf and amazed at night vision distance with built in IR. Easily last 150-200 yards. Clarity and easy of use make this a no brainer buy!

I don't often write reviews and rarely give 5 Stars.
I have tried a couple of night vision products from other brands in the same price range and been disappointed, but DNT have been awesome!
1st, DNT answered my technical questions promptly and thoroughly;
2nd, I bought before holidays and DNT had great deals on prices, getting extra batteries and free shipping;
3rd, I ordered on 12/21 and DNT promptly sent me a Thank You email and said although it might not arrive before Xmas, they would try- it arrived 12/23 at noon;
4th, The product received was very thoughtfully packaged in an attractive box lined with high density EVA foam cut to precisely fit and protect the contents;
5th, the operational documentation was rather complete and easy to understand (no "visit the website to download" nonsence);
6th, and most important, the product is outstanding! On a moon lit night with clear skies (and NO other source of light within 10 miles), I turned it on for the first time and without even turning on the IR illuminator, I could clearly see every detail of a dark green wire fence T-post at over 500' I could even see the barbs on the wire at that distance on base magnification! It can clearly see the difference between a dog and a coyote at an even substantially greater distance when you adjust the focus of the integrated IR illuminator. The batteries seem to run forever, and I took a reserve battery that I had charged 6 months ago and it was still fully charged and ready for a long night of work. The magnification lever is well placed to use while looking through the eyepiece and the top control panel is easy to use in the dark, I like the mini blue LED near that top of the panel that helps orientation in low light. It is a rugged a tool, while still being light in physical weight. My ONLY regret is that I did not purchase the model with Range Finder and Ballistic Calculator.
That is why I wholeheartedly recommend DNT and the Zulus without reservation!

The New version of the Zulus has been fantastic. Easy to setup and a great companion for 338 arc build.

Pictures is good and clear zoom works rather well. Rangefinder and ballistic calculator. It does a hell of a job all in all

I wish I would have found DNT products and long time ago, I love my ZULUS V2 it the best day/night scope. Since I can only hunt in the day in NM its a perfect fit!! Plus the video footage is top notch!!

I am very happy with the performance of this night vision scope. Very easy to operate and get familiar with its menu options. I haven't used it at night on any target shooting yet, but I believe that it is possible to make night shots on steel at 600 yards with just the ir light on the scope. I am very impressed with this scope!

I haven’t had a real chance to use it yet but just be looking through it and handling it. The scope is built good and is very clear

Not a night sight expert by any means. But for the price, it is very impressive.
