So far I'm loving this unit. I've shot it out to 455 yards in less than ideal conditions in the dark. No problems. One thing I would like to see is a low magnification version. I do find for my situation foxing distances are pretty close around 30 yards to max 200 yards. Field of view is quite compressed at 5 x magnification but still useful. Other than that I think it's a solid unit. The video features are nice also and I like the fact that I can load them directly to my phone with ease. Video quality is also very good. At this price range I'm already thinking about another unit but will go with the 3x12

Dream: hunt hogs while stalking at night. Problem: night scopes are expensive!
This Zulus hd 5-20 solved the problem because it is inexpensive, very high quality and compact. I love the performance and price combination. Video recording feature is fantastic.
