TNC335R - ThermNight Thermal & Night Vision Multispectral Scope with Laser Rangefinder and Ballistic Calculator

This is a great scope! Digital day/night and thermal?! Heck yeah! LRF and ballistics calculator?! Yes please. This cost less than my AGM Rattler V2 25-384 and has all the extras other than just thermal. The thermal picture is as good if not better than the AGM. Both are 384 res. The ballistic calculator has been spot on with every caliber I have tried so far. You may have to take a round apart the get the proper bullet length but if you put in the correct info its awesome! I wish I had this in Iraq and Afghanistan. Only thing I would change is the base magnification. Id like the thermal to be 2x instead of 2.5x and the day/night to be 3x instead of 5x. That is my only complaint. The little IR light is very surprising. I can see fence wire at 400yds with the light brightness set to the second of five positions. If you're planning on shooting close range you may need the other LED head for the light thats for closer ranges. If you are into thermal or night vision this Thermnight 335R is the best of all worlds at a great price. Military discount is a great plus as well.

This setup has been amazing. Guys with far more expensive options have preferred this over the others.

The day/night scope works well. It is nice being able to choose the IR setting for the night vision, which is extremely clear. The thermal works well. I have used the day/night out to roughly 300 yards and the thermal out to several hundred yards, and i have been extremely pleased with the results. But, the biggest selling point for me is the on board laser range finder with ballistic calculator. After inputting the data in the app (which was easy), I found the corrected hold over after ranging to be spot on. If you have a chrono, it will help you get the best results when entering your FPS. Overall, I think this optic is worth more than it's cost. I liked it so much, I already bought a second.

I purchased this for next years hunting season. This year I used it for the last couple days of archery season. I have used it for scanning as a handheld. It works well for this. The area I hunt is very thick so have found the thermal a great tool for recovery. The downed deer is easily visible in the thick stuff.

I am a 73 year old Vietnam and the one thing that I feared the most was the night. I don't believe it can get as dark anywhere as it did there. Recently we had a problem with tree rats getting into our home ,so of course I went to you tube for a solution. I watched guys in Australia, UK, and the US knocking of these little buggers in total darkness using the thermnight scopes and a high class pellet rifle. I watched videos on hunting hogs and coyotes and even long range target shooting at night. It really amazed me what so I started doing research on the cost of one of these devices. After studying the specs and write ups on thermal optics I decided on the thermnight 335r from Dnt. I know you can can find it at a lower price on Amazon but I called Dnt and asked about a military discount and actually got a real person (Glenn) and he spoke English the way English was meant to be spoken. I've had my scope for a couple of weeks now and am really pleased with it. I used it for about a week and got use to the operation before going to an indoor range and zeroing it 25yds on a 556 shorty suppressed. I really enjoyed that. At home not only have I watched the tree rats but I've seen deer, squirrels, possums, raccoons, rabbits, coyotes the biggest and baddest tom cat I've ever seen. Yes, I'm glad I made this purchase.

I am impressed with the quality and features. Resolution and picture are as good as I would ever expect. Controls are surprisingly intuitive, considering a large amount of adjustments with limited buttons. HeliCoil thread inserts and torque values on the mount were impressive touches I would expect to see on scopes double the price. Very nice.

The DNT thermnight gives you anything and everything you need.
Day, night, and both at once!
Scope works perfectly so far. I still need to play around with it to set up the ballistic calculator. The scope is very user friendly. Look at the manual and if needed reach out to DNT/ watch DNT user videos on YouTube.

The thermnight is a good ‘do it all’ scope. Well built and good battery life, especially on auto wake mode. It has plenty of features. It takes a little bit to get the hang of the buttons and menus so I recommend reading through the included owner manual.

Never seen anything like this scope, bar t taken it hunting yet but I have just shot it at the range man this thing is an all in one great scope that can be easily moved from one gun to another and I love the built in ballistics calculator that takes all the hard work away from you! Great product may be buying the Zulu v2 next for a lighter setup
