Love my new hydra 2 shots to zero it absolutely love it makes my super hogster look old and out dated clarity is unreal it is clearer on 6power then my super hogster is on 2 power highly recommend it for beginners and advanced night hunters

Just received my hydra 635 and I would like to say wow right away i realize that I am very impressed the storage pack that it comes in is even awesome put a battery in and started it up very impressed even at 6x it is so clear I have a super hogster that's can't compare at 2 power that is no where near as clear can't wait till the weather clears so I can get it zeroed thanks alot Dnt it's everything yall said it would be plus more

I can’t think of one negative feature about the Hydra HS635R. It’s compact, lightweight, accurate, easy to use, the QD mount makes it super easy to use as for all 3 purposes. I spent 3 x’s the amount for a Pulsar and this thermal blows it out of the water. The picture clarity, definition and detail out perform my Pulsar. Luckily the guy I sold my Pulsar to didn’t do his research on DNT Optics Hydra Series Thermals or I’d still be trying to sell it.

Picture is great. Can easily identify objects at 300 yds. Wish the buttons were more distinct for night use. Would like the option to make the reticle smaller. Overall great optic for the money

Thermal is awesome ! Everything about it is legit. Better that my buddy’s pulsar and ATN, by a long shot. Last time I talked to owner about a year ago and he still owes me a hat and shirt, I’ll be looking forward to that :) kidding. Thanks

Love it. Great scope at a super price. Unless you are a special forces sniper this is all the scope you will ever need. Great also as a stand alone monocular. I sail at night and in the fog and this is a must have.

Very clear, love the ballistic compensator for those longer shots. Laser range finder works better then my AGM Varmint. Look forward to future hunts!

Just got my Hydra 635 and it excels! Nice addition to my hunting routine

I was nervous about spending $2500 on a thermal from a fairly new brand on the market like most, but it has been everything I had been hoping for. I really feel that you will get out of them what you put in. You will have to put in the time and learn the buttons before you head into the field because there isn't alot of buttons but each one has 2 to 5 different functions. This thing is light weight and small enough to shove in a coat pocket. The quick attach has been spot on every time and I've had it on and off 100 times. The rangefinder and ballistic calculator is spot on. I ran it on my FX impact M3 out to 165 yards and it shot 1.5" high so I adjusted the BC up in the ballistics and the very next shot went in the center. I've used it as a clip-on in front of a leupold vx5 4 20x52 (not an ideal scope for this)and it works good enough to kill at 100 yards but have not tested this setup farther
There is one upgrade needed that DNT needs to do is a remote for the rangefinder that can be mounted on the gun forend like the Orical X crossbow scope has. All in all this is a impressive scope and will be getting one of DNTs night vision scopes next.
