This review is not just for the product I ordered but DNT Customer Service as well. Fast shipping and excellent service. I emailed DNT about my scope a, Hittac branded 5-20X Digital Night Vision Scope with Laser Rangefinder. Arken bought out Hittac right after my scope arrived. I could no longer update my scope on the Arken app since they discontinued service. I contacted customer service because I could not connect my scope to the DNT app. I received an immediate response telling me they would replace my scope with a new DNT branded scope free of charge. They sent me a pre-paid return postage label to send my old scope back and said they would send the replacement when they received mine. I sent my scope and received the new one, all in a matter of 10 days. I can not express how appreciative I am. I thought I was going to have to buy a new scope. Their customer service is excellent, they stand behind their products for sure!
